Lift is a global mentoring program that encourages professionals with more mature careers to share their experiences and advice with those who are newer in their career path. As the Women in Cybersecurity study indicates, mentorship is correlated with the success and satisfaction of women at all levels. Lift Mentoring relationships are intended to offer support and encouragement in defining and achieving career goals, managing work-life integration, and developing and advancing professionally.
The Winter 2026 open enrollment will be open from November 3-16.
Matching will occur late November/mid-December 2025.
