Lift Mentoring Program!

Lift is a global mentoring program designed to empower professionals by fostering meaningful relationships across all stages of their careers. As the Women in Cybersecurity study indicates, mentorship is correlated with the success and satisfaction of women at all levels. Lift Mentoring relationships are intended to offer support and encouragement in defining and achieving career goals, managing work-life integration, and developing and advancing professionally. 



The Summer 2026 open enrollment has been extended until EOD Sunday, May 24th. 

Matching will occur during the month of June.

Notification about final matches will be sent out the week of July 13, 2026.

The Summer 2026 session runs from July - December.

If you have recently participated in Lift, please click the "Login" button at the top-right corner to sign up for Lift Summer 2026.

If you are brand new to the Lift Mentoring Program, please click the "Join" button at the top-right corner to create your Lift profile and sign up for Lift Summer 2026.


To ensure you receive all communications from 
the program, add no-reply@chronusmentor.com to your safe sender list.

Participate as a Mentee:

  • Participating as a mentee is a EWF Member exclusive opportunity that, through a six-month mentee/mentor connection, inspires our members to pursue their interests, build a trusted professional network, define and achieve their career goals, and navigate work/life integration challenges. 
  • To get started, all participants must first create a profile on this platform—even if you’re an existing EWF CONNECT Member.
  • If you are already an EWF member and have participated in a previous Lift session, follow these steps to enroll:
    • Please click the "Log-in" button in the top-right corner to sign up for Lift Summer 2026. Update your profile by selecting “Yes” to confirm your interest in participating in the Summer 2026 program and agreeing to the terms outlined in your profile by EOD May 17th.
    • Also, please review your entire Lift profile to double-check that the information listed is current for the matching process.
  • If you are already an EWF member, but are joining Lift for the first time, follow these steps:
    • Please click the "Join" button at the top-right corner to create your Lift profile and sign up for Lift Summer 2026.
  • If you are not yet an EWF member, but would like to enroll as a mentee, follow these steps:
    • If you are from a Benefactor Company, please contact info@ewfglobal.com to be connected with your designated EWF champion.
    • Or, if you are looking to join the EWF as an Individual Member, please visit our Membership Page to join the EWF as an Individual Member before signing up as a mentee.
    • Once your membership has been approved, you can proceed to creating your Lift profile by choosing the "Join" button at the top-right corner to sign up for Lift Summer 2026.

Participate as a Mentor:

  • Participating as a mentor is open to women leaders with at least 6 years of expertise - no membership needed! The EWF provides on-demand learning to support your development as a mentor. Being a mentor is a leadership development opportunity and helps to support the pipeline of women in our field.
  • To get started, all participants must first create a profile on this platform—even if you’re an existing EWF CONNECT Member.
  • If you are already an EWF member and have participated in a previous Lift session, follow these steps to enroll: 
    • Please click the "Log-in" button in the top-right corner to sign up for Lift Summer 2026. Update your profile by selecting “Yes” to confirm your interest in participating in the Summer 2026 program and agreeing to the terms outlined in your profile by EOD May 17th.
    • Also, please review your entire Lift profile to double-check that the information listed is current for the matching process.
  • If you are already an EWF member, but are joining Lift for the first time, follow these steps:
    • Please click the "Join" button at the top-right corner to create your Lift profile and sign up for Lift Summer 2026.
  • If you are not already an EWF member, and are joining Lift for the first time as a mentor, follow these steps:
    • Please visit our Membership Page and create a Guest Account. Your EWF Guest Account will be approved immediately.
    • Using the credentials created for your Guest Account, click the "Join" button at the top-right corner to create your Lift profile and sign up for Lift Summer 2026.
  • You must have either a current EWF Member account or a Guest Account.
    • Not an EWF Member?
      • Please create a Guest Account by visiting the Guest Account registration page and completing the form. Your Guest Account will be approved within 4 business hours. Once approved, you will be able to log in above using your new EWF CONNECT Guest credentials.

Please note that Lift Mentoring conversations do not serve as counseling sessions. If counseling or mental health professional services are required, individuals should seek assistance through their healthcare professionals or employee assistance programs.
