Lift is a global mentoring program designed to empower professionals by fostering meaningful relationships across all stages of their careers. As the Women in Cybersecurity study indicates, mentorship is correlated with the success and satisfaction of women at all levels. Lift Mentoring relationships are intended to offer support and encouragement in defining and achieving career goals, managing work-life integration, and developing and advancing professionally.
The Winter 2026 open enrollment will be open from November 3-16.
Matching will occur late November/mid-December 2025.
Notification about final matches will be sent out the week of January 13, 2026.

Participate as a Mentee:
- Participating as a mentee is a EWF Member exclusive opportunity that, through a six-month mentee/mentor connection, inspires our members to pursue their interests, build a trusted professional network, define and achieve their career goals, and navigate work/life integration challenges.

Being a mentor is a leadership development opportunity and helps to support the pipeline of women in our field.
